The VetScan Hemaclean Kit contains 6 tubes (3 ml each) of Hemaclean solution for cleaning VetScan hematology analyzers. It is used to remove protein buildup and prevent clogging of the flow cell during routine maintenance. The Hemaclean solution contains sodium hypochlorite which breaks down proteins. It should be used after every 50 samples as part of the recommended maintenance for optimal performance of the VetScan hematology analyzer.
